Jade
Receptionist
Hi! My name is Jade, and I am new to Kierland animal clinic family, but so far, my favorite part has been being able to connect with clients and their little animals. I have one dog of my own named Doug who is my pride and joy. In my free time I like to travel to new areas, take my dog out on a run, or trying out new hiking trails.
Emily
Office Manager
Emily grew up in a small town in Central Illinois where she later attended and graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in biological sciences. She lived in Seattle and San Francisco for a short period of time before settling in Arizona with her cat Opal and her newest recruit, her dog Ozzy.
She has always loved animals and been passionate about their care and wellbeing. Her grandmother was the director of a local animal shelter where she was practically raised. It was due to this she knew at an early age that she wanted to work with animals to aid in bettering their lives and assisting their owners to do so as well.
Nikki

In my free time, I enjoy bowling, playing board games, cooking, and spending time with my teenage son. I have 3 cats: Hades, Maus, and Scully.
Jetzel
Veterinary Assistant
I’ve been in the vet field for almost 4 years now. I graduated from Carrington College in July of 2019. I’ve grown a love for shelter medicine since working here at Kierland. I foster failed a 3-legged chihuahua after only working at Kierland for a month, making me a fur mom of 4! I have a Labrador named Luca, Pablo the Pug, Ivy the cat, and Chloe the Tri-Pawd
Eric
Veterinary Assistant
I’ve been part of Kierland Animal Clinic for about 4 years now. My favorite part of the job is doing dental prophies and anything related to in-house lab work. And of course, meeting the endless stream of pups and kitties that come through our doors. Outside of work I spend time at home with my cat Johnny Walker, am a videogame enthusiast, and like to pretend I have a decent singing voice and sense of humor, although the latter is mostly jokes of the groan-inducing kind.
